Townsend--[illegible]." Dealer's marks handwritten in pencil on fly-leaf: "First book title to be published in Rochester. Only 3 copies known. Roch fund series Ver 9 P295-78--2701." Handwritten in ink on blank end page: "Isabella S. Townsend from her Aunt Phoebe A. Chapman."
