Notes:
Bound in dark red cloth over boards. Front cover has two rectangular cut-outs, one horizontal, and one beneath that, one vertical. Laid within those cut-outs are sections of hand-painted paper covered by a plastic film; the title is written in silver on the paper in the horizontal rectangle. Housed in a brown cloth-covered clamshell box.
