Summary: 
This copy was the property of Cipe Pineles, who had joined her husband Bill Golden in Paris during his war service. Golden was the art director of this publication, with Cipe acting as a civilian advisor. Both Golden and Pineles became acclaimed graphic designers when they returned stateside. Golden was the art director who worked for CBS and designed its iconic "eye" logo. Pineles was the art director for many women's fashion magazines including "Seventeen," "Charm," and "Glamour."
