This leaf (plate 87) was taken from Volume II (1897) of the series Les Maîtres de l'Affiche. The embossed stamp of the series is found in the lower right corner of the lithograph. The original poster was printed in Chicago by Stone & Kimball in 1896 for a Chicago poster exhibition entitled "Living Posters". The poster depicts a red-headed woman in formal clothing with long open-fingered gloves, seated in cushioned chair. Designer's mark.
