This leaf (plate 4) was taken from Volume I (1896) of the series Les Maîtres de l'Affiche. The embossed stamp of the series is found in the lower right corner of the lithograph. The original poster was published in London by Waterlow & Sons Ltd. Lithographers in 1894 for the musical review "A Gaiety Girl" by Sidney Jones. The poster depicts a dancing woman in a long white dress on red background.
