Summary: 
William H. Page established his own company for the manufacture of wood type in Norwich, Connecticut around 1856 and moved the plant to the Greenville suburb of Norwich around 1859 or 1859. The company continued to expand throughout the 1860s. Up until 1872, Page concentrated on wooden products; in 1873 he started advertising printers' goods. This catalog includes: wood type, cuts, ornaments, and rule, as well as a small selection of presses and printers' equipment and supplies. It also includes German type.
